Booking & Cancellation Policy
A 50% deposit is required to schedule any grooming, haircut, or service appointment.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received. If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in the loss of the deposit.
